Obtained from the pomace of Amarone wine, it is generally distilled around February, the period in which Amarone is drawn off. The pomace with high alcohol content, with many sugar residues, gives the grappa particular harmony and roundness of flavor on the palate. Aged in the bottle for at least 12 months.
