The cabochon cut sapphire in the centre certified as natural, unheated and originating from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) is a bright, almost otherworldly, blue. The stone is secured in a twelve claw platinum coronet collet, leading to slim and tapering shoulders to a slim platinum shank. A wonderful stone, showcased perfectly.
