The milk used to produce this cheese is rich and earthy, with an almost lanolin silkiness, which confers a unique and pure white paste. Aged for at least 4 months. Dense but light, melts in the mouth as you discover summer black truffle veins in every bite. A perfect addition to any cheese board with a glass of Chablis.
