Heartland Dolcetto 2022"2020 Heartland Dolcetto is a single vineyard wine from 20 year old vines on sandy loam over limestone sub soil. The Dolcetto was left on skins for several hours prior to fermentation for 24 hours at a low temperature. This ensured generous colour and abundant fruit for both the aroma and palate. No oak was used. The wine was left in stainless steel for nine months before cold stabilisation and bottling. It was bottled young and fresh for immediate
